عجينة المنزل - ٥٠ جرام دقيق مع ١٠ جرام زبد مع ١٠ مليلتر ماء وقليل من الملح

قليل من الزبد
فليل من البصل الاخضر
فليل من الثوم
زهرة الياسمين
- تخبز العجينة القارب فى نار متوسطة
- لصنع صلصة البروكلى - يقطع البصل الاخصر صغير جدا ويوضع على نار هادئه مع الزبد ثم يضاف اليه البروكلى بوريه وقليل من الكريمة الطازجة والبقدونس والملح والفلفل
- يسلق الخضار بروكلى وجزر - متوسط - ويضاف قليل من الثوم والزبد وزهرة الكوسا - مدة 3 دقيقة
- تشوى قطعة اللحم - متوسطة - ثم تقطع مكعبات
- يوضع اللحم على النار ثم يضاف اليها الروزمارى والفلفل الاسود والملح والزبد مدة ١ دقيقةالتقديم
توضع الصلصة الخضراء فى طبق التقديم
- ثم يوضع زهور الكوسا سوتيه
- ثم يوضع قارب الحبز
- ثم يوضع اللحم والبروكلى السوتيه
- يوضع الجزر حانبيا
ويجمل بزهرة الياسمين
